Built for freight factoring

From documents to
decisions in minutes.

Docuwaze classifies, extracts, and validates freight document batches with proprietary AI, then hands a clean, flagged batch to your auditor. Your team becomes the final reviewer — not the data-entry clerk.

The challenge

Manual freight audit doesn't scale.

A typical mid-size factor processes 35,000+ batches per month. Each batch is a 10–50 page PDF mixing rate confirmations, BOLs, invoices, PODs, lumper receipts, and authorizations — in any order, often handwritten or scanned at angles.

Headcount caps growth. Costs scale linearly with volume. Hiring ops talent is slow and competitive.

on complex ones

Per batch on the complex ones

Funding decisions wait. Cash flow tightens. Carriers chase you. Every batch in queue is interest you don't collect.

Errors

Compound silently

Wrong carrier names, missed signatures, mismatched amounts. Fatigued reviewers slip after hour 6. The financial impact shows up months later.

The pipeline

How a batch becomes funded.

Five automated phases run on every PDF. Your auditor only sees step 6 — and step 7 happens without anyone retyping a thing.

50+ audit rules — tunable from the UI

Missing BOL, late delivery, collapsed loads, duplicate loads, fraud-domain blocklist, RCS principal page, washout receipts — threshold tuning without a code deploy.

Smart classification (load-centric)

A 50-page batch with 8 mixed loads becomes 8 organized loads with the right docs grouped under each.

page → doc-type → load-id
04

OCR overlay + click-to-highlight

Click any extracted field and the page highlights exactly where it came from. Word-level boxes on text pages, automatic OCR on scans — no extra cost, no button to press.

Fuel Advance & Multi-Debtor awareness

Detects funding intent and relaxes irrelevant flags; alerts when a batch mixes debtors that may not all be covered.

Split, merge, reorganize, manual flags

Auditors split mixed PDFs into separate loads, merge submissions of the same load, reorganize pages by drag-and-drop, and add flags the AI missed. Every step is undoable.

08

Clients and debtors, your conventions

A catalog of your clients and debtors, each with its own rules — which number becomes the invoice, which debtor codes may never be funded. Weak name matches are never guessed; the auditor picks.

Watches itself, tells you first

Scheduled checks catch a stalled batch, a stopped queue or a package that never left, and email you before an auditor notices. Every job pausable, runnable by hand, with its own run history.

Smart assignment

Routes work to the right auditor — automatically.

Instead of round-robin, Docuwaze assigns each batch using a weighted score plus a 20% exploration factor. Maximizes throughput, prevents over-specialization, keeps slow auditors from becoming bottlenecks.

Works with your stack

No rip-and-replace. We integrate where you live.

Docuwaze accepts batches over a secure drop-zone protocol or via direct upload. Output flows into your TMS, accounting platform, or factor-management system.

What you get

Outcomes, not features.

0

Faster audit

From hours to single-digit minutes per batch. Funding decisions accelerate. Carrier relationships improve.

0

Rules, every batch

Every rule runs on every batch. Fatigued auditors miss a BOL signature at hour six; the engine does not tire.

0

LLM cost saved

Text-native pages skip the LLM entirely. Quality routing sends easy pages to the cheap model. Smart at every step.

100%

Audit-trail coverage

Every change tracked: who, when, from-what, to-what. Login audit log. Single-session enforcement. Lock system.

The cost edge

Why $1.40 per audit, not $3.57.

We don't just throw an LLM at every page and pass the bill. The pipeline aggressively skips and routes before the cloud meter spins. The 60% saving isn't marketing — it's deterministic arithmetic.

Security & compliance

Built for audit-grade compliance.

Single-session enforcement

One device per user. Concurrent login bumps the prior session.

Role-based access (RBAC)

Admin / supervisor / auditor with strict permission boundaries.

Per-batch lock system

Two auditors can't edit the same batch. 20-min auto-expiry. Force-unlock logged.

Audit trail end-to-end

Login events with IP + UA + geolocation. Every field edit captured before/after. Immutable LLM cost ledger survives job deletion.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Does Docuwaze replace my auditors?+
No. It does the data-entry and validation work so your auditors become the final reviewers. Most customers redeploy their team to higher-value work — dispute management, exception handling, complex split loads — rather than reduce headcount.
What's the integration burden?+
Low. We accept batches over a secure drop-zone protocol (you push, we pull) or via direct upload. No agent installs, no firewall changes. Most customers go from contract to first live batch in 2-3 weeks.
What happens if the AI gets it wrong?+
Every extraction is reviewed by your auditor before approval. Flags surface anything the rules engine catches. The audit trail captures every field edit before-and-after, so you always know what the AI said versus what your auditor saved.
Can we tune the audit rules ourselves?+
Yes. Rules expose typed parameters — thresholds, blocklists, day counts — that admins edit in the Settings UI, with a confirmation step and a full change history of who changed what. No code deploy needed. Rules can be added, disabled or calibrated per client without involving engineering.
What about data privacy?+
Documents stay inside your cloud account or our isolated tenant per contract. We do not train on your documents. Customer-controlled deletion is supported by API. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress.
What's the pricing model?+
Per-batch with volume tiers. Starts to make sense at ~5K batches/month. Talk to us about pricing — we'll model your specific volume and labor mix.
